windowtintdc.com ("the Site") is operated by Shore Tint & More, which offers commercial window film services in the Washington, DC area through its commercial-only regional website Window Tint DC ("we," "us"). Information you give us
When you submit a project inquiry through the quote form on this Site, we collect what you enter, which may include your name, email, phone number, company, and details about your building and project. The form is provided by TintWiz, a third-party scheduling and estimating platform we use; information you enter is transmitted to and processed by TintWiz on our behalf, and TintWiz's own privacy practices apply to its handling of that data.
If you call or email us directly, we receive the information you share in that communication. Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as health or financial account details) in inquiries.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics (only with your consent): if you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring site and interactions. It is not loaded until you opt in. With that consent, we measure quote-link, phone-link, email-link and resource clicks, and when the embedded TintWiz form comes into view. These events do not include entered form data, contact details or document names, and do not confirm form submission.
- Service providers: like any website, our hosting provider and the font service used to display the Site (Google Fonts) receive standard technical data such as your IP address and browser information when pages load.
- Strictly necessary storage: your browser stores your cookie choice, and authorized staff who sign in to the admin area receive a session token.

- Within our company: with Shore Tint & More staff who handle estimating, scheduling and installation.
- Service providers: companies that host the Site, TintWiz (which processes quote form submissions on our behalf), and Google (analytics, only with consent; fonts).
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect rights, property or safety.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of business assets.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting project and meet business, accounting and legal record-keeping needs, and then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
- Cookies: you can accept or reject analytics at any time in . We treat a browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of analytics.
- Access, correction or deletion: you may ask to see, correct or delete information you've submitted by emailing info@windowtintdc.com. Security
Inquiry submissions are stored in access-restricted systems available only to authorized staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site serves commercial buyers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
