These Terms of Use apply to your use of windowtintdc.com (the "Site"), operated by Shore Tint & More under the name Window Tint DC. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Website only — not a service contract
These terms cover the Site only. Any window film work is governed by a separate written proposal, contract or purchase order between you and Shore Tint & More. If anything in those documents conflicts with these terms, those documents control for the work they cover.
Information on the Site
Content on the Site — including film descriptions, performance information, illustrative planning examples and resource articles — is general information, not a specification, quote or guarantee for any particular building. Film suitability depends on glass type, framing, exposure and manufacturer requirements, and is confirmed during assessment. Planning scenarios are illustrative, not actual client case studies or evidence of completed work. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.
Submitting inquiries
Submitting a request does not create a contract or obligate either party. Please provide accurate information and only share materials you have the right to provide. The TintWiz form is not advertised as offering file attachments; ask us where to send drawings. Our handling of submissions is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its admin areas, interfere with its operation, upload malicious files, or scrape it in a way that burdens it.
Intellectual property
Site text, design, graphics and photos are owned by or licensed to Shore Tint & More and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You may view and print pages for your own reference.
